Our Wrapped Hay is a high-quality, dry haylage made from carefully selected Cocksfoot and Timothy grasses, lightly fortified with Lucerne and Red Clover to enhance protein, mineral content, and overall feed value.

Grown on new pasture specifically sown for haylage production, this forage is harvested at the optimal stage and baled at 25–30% moisture, allowing for a gentle, controlled fermentation. The result is a clean, dust-free, lightly fermented haylage that sits between traditional dry hay and wet silage — ideal for horses that benefit from added palatability without excess moisture or sugar.

This wrapped hay is naturally low in sugars, highly palatable, and nutritionally balanced, making it suitable for a wide range of horses, including those with metabolic concerns, poor appetite, or increased nutritional demands. The inclusion of lucerne and red clover provides a subtle protein and calcium boost without overpowering the fibre base of the grasses.
